This is to bring to the notice of candidates found successful in Probationary Officers examination held on 16.08.2009, result of which was displayed on the Bank's website www.centralbankofindia.co.inon 11.02.2010, that Appointment letter has been dispatched to all concerned by the Bank by Registered Post and the date of reporting is scheduled for 29.03.2010 at advised place of posting.
Successful candidates are advised that if they do not get the appointment letter by 20.03.2010, they may contact at the below mentioned address in person or by mail or telephone and collect the details of their posting and report at their advised place from where duplicate appointment letter can be collected on producing sufficient identity proof. In the mean time candidates are advised to keep following documents ready which are required to be submitted at the time of reporting. It may also be noted that Medical fitness shall be arranged by the Bank at respective place of posting.
1. If employed, Discharge Certificate & Character Certificate from your present employer.
2. Three character certificates, out of which one must be from the Principal/Head of the Department of the College/University last attended by you and the remaining two from Gazetted Officers or Bank Officers. Certificates given by relatives are not acceptable.
3. All Original Documents (SSC/HSC/Graduation/Post Graduation Mark sheets & Passing Certificates) for its verification.
4. Experience Certificates in Original, if any.
5. Valid caste certificate from the Competent Authority (as prescribed by the Government) in support of your claim of belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes/Persons With Disability.
