Recruitment of Managing Director for Centbank Financial Services Ltd, (CENTFIN)- 2010

Central Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank, with Pan India Branch Network of more than 3541 branches, with total business of more than 241913 Crores and driven by talented work force of 34000 + employees, is looking for a Professionally Qualified and Talented Managing Director for its wholly owned Subsidiary- Centbank Financial Services Ltd (CENTFIN) whose paid up share Capital is Rs. 5.00 crore.

The details are given below:

1. ELIGIBILITY (As on 31.01.2010)

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 50 years

Qualification: A Graduate - preferably Engineer or Commerce or Science from AICTE approved Institute/recognized University with CA or MBA from a reputed Institute.

Experience: Atleast 10 years related experience in Capital/Debt/Forex/Commodity Market and atleast 5 years in Senior Management Position. Hands on experience in raising capital through Equity/Debt. Handled IPOs/FPO/Rights Issues in Capital Market and CP/NCD in Debt Segment. Able to draft documents related to above independently. Knowledge of various regulatory provisions pertaining to SEBI, RBI, IRDA. Knowledge of roles of SRO like Stock Exchanges, FEDAI, FIMMDA, AMFI. Experience with Public Relations, Media Relations, Government Relations and public speaking. Good liaison with various regulatory authorities.

2. SELECTION PROCEDURE

The eligible candidates will be called for interview and the decision of the bank in this regard shall be final.
