(1) Eligibility Criteria :
(i) Age : As on 01.05.2010: Minimum 21 years and not more than 28 years for general category candidates Not above 33 years for SC/ ST/ NT Candidates
(ii) Educational Qualifications : As on 27.06.2010 C.A. or C.F.A. or M.B.A./M.M.S. or P.G.D.B.M. in Finance/Marketing/ Human Resource Management (full time) from reputed AICTE approved Institute/ University
(2) Selection Procedure
The selection would be made on the basis of performance in the written test by IBPS followed by Group discussion and personal interview conducted by the Bank
The details of the written test are as follows:
I Reasoning Ability 75 questions
II Quantitative Aptitude 50 questions
III General Awareness 50 questions
IV English Language 50 questions
Composite Time of Two Hours 15 Minutes
(3) Venue for the Written Test
The Bank will conduct the written test at Mumbai only. However the Bank reserves the right to add some other centers, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc. The Bank also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any other center. Other than the one he/she has opted for.
How to Apply
Candidates are advised to apply online only between May 10, 2010 and May 25, 2010 through the Bank’s website www.abhyudayabank.co.in after carefully going through the instructions contained in this advertisement. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted. Before registering their applications on the website candidates should possess the following:
A valid email id for filling in the application.
After applying online the candidate is required to download the system generated printout of the application. The system generated printout of the application should be signed by the candidate and sent along with the following Documents:-
a) Copies of certificates pertaining to age, educational qualifications.
b) Copies of Caste/ Tribe certificates for SC/ ST/NT candidates only.
c) Photograph pasted in the given place and signed across.
The copies of the certificates should be self attested.
The computer generated printout of the application along with the documents mentioned above should be sent by ordinary post ONLY in a closed envelope superscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEES IN ABHYUDAYA CO-OP BANK LTD.” at the following addresses
