Crane Bank Limited has been in operation since 21st August 1995, in Uganda. Winner of numerous Bank of the Year Awards, Crane Bank ranks among the top five commercial banks in the country. The Bank is looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to spearhead the Bank's existing network of 13 branches which shall increase to 50 branches by 2013.

BRANCH MANAGER: CODE CBL001: The ideal candidate should be a graduate with minimum of 5-8 years of experience at managerial level preferably as a Branch Manager. The incumbent shall be responsible for overall operation of the branch, to deliver the business plan while maintaining high levels of customer service, and will be reporting to the Regional Manager.
SENIOR MANAGER CREDIT: CODE CBL002: The ideal candidate should be a seasoned banker preferably with professional qualifications like CAIIB, MBA or CA or LLB with minimum of 8 years experience as a Senior Manager (Credit) with reputed bank(s), handling all aspects of credit, particularly corporate credit, documentation and recovery aspects.
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT: CODE CBL003: The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuous management of financial system and budget. Undertaking financial audit. Reviewing company system and analysis risks. Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts. Preparing financial statement, including monthly MIS reports. The incumbent shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
OPERATIONS MANAGER: CODE CBL004: The ideal candidate should be a graduate with minimum of 5 years of banking experience. Strong leadership skills, blended with good banking skills are a must. The incumbent should be proficient with computers and banking software. IT knowledge is a plus. Will be reporting to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for the operations of the branch.
SALES MANAGER: CODE CBL005 : The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with good inter personal skills and result oriented. Should have leadership personality with ability to manage sales of the Bank products. The incumbent should have minimum of 5 years of bank related sales experience.
