Consumer Banking and General Banking Operations

1. Branch Managers: A Team player with not more than 35 years of age with a total experience of 6 - 9 yrs in the Banking industry. The incumbent would be responsible for handling all the business activities of the Branch. He/She should possess strong leadership skills, service orientation, target oriented approach, result orientation and a strong focus on achieving deadlines. The incumbent must possess comprehensive knowledge of Consumer Banking products (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments) and also have an in - depth exposure to Banking Operational Processes.
Desired Qualification - MBA (with specialization in Finance /Marketing)

2. Relationship Manager – Wealth: Candidates with not more then 30 yrs of age with a total experience of 3 - 5 yrs, preferably from the BFSI space. The incumbent would be responsible for individually acquiring and nurturing customer relationships of the bank by leveraging its wealth products. The incumbent needs to have good knowledge of Consumer Banking products, Life Insurance, General Insurance and Mutual Funds, etc.
Minimum Qualification – Graduation in any stream

3. Relationship Manager – Emerging Corporates: Candidates with not more than 30 yrs of age with a total experience of 3 - 5 yrs, preferably from the BFSI space. The incumbent would be responsible for managing current account portfolios of the branch.
The key responsibilities would be to source high end business accounts, generate Trade and Forex based fee income and in the process drive incremental revenues.
Minimum Qualification – Graduation in any stream

4. Manager Customer Service and Operations: Candidates around 28-35 years of age with 5 to 8 years of experience in General Banking Operations.
The responsibilities require managing and supervising branch operations with the objective of delivering timely, efficient and productive Banking operational services. The responsibilities also extend to areas as people management and branch administration.
Minimum Qualification – Graduation in any stream

5. Associate Manager Operations: Candidates around 25 years of age with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Branch Operations like Handling of Cash / Remittance Desk, Clearing (Inward / Outward). The incumbent would ensure delivery of quality and efficient operational services within the overall systems, policies and processes of the Bank through its service portal.
Minimum Qualification – Graduate in Commerce/ Finance / Accounting

6. Associate Manager Trade Operations: Candidates around 25 years of age with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Specialized Branch Banking Operational areas as Trade, Forex, CMS, Demat, etc. The incumbent has to ensure highest standards of customer service of all the specialized banking operational processes as per policies laid down by the Bank from time to time.
Minimum Qualification – Graduate in Commerce/ Finance / Accounting

Risk Management

1. Credit Analyst / Senior Credit Analyst: Candidates around 28-35 years of age with 3 to 10 years of experience as a Credit Analyst with SME / Large Corporates. The responsibilities include credit appraisal of lending proposals to SME/Large Corporates, risk assessment and rating and making recommendations to approving committees.
Minimum Qualification – Graduate in Commerce/ Finance / Accounting

2. Associate – Credit Administration / Manager Credit Administration: Candidate around 28-35 years of age with 3 to 5 years of experience in Credit Administration related activities of SME or Large Corporate loan portfolios.
The responsibilities also include constant monitoring of the loan portfolios by conducting Pre - sanction and Post - sanction checks.
Minimum Qualification – Graduation in any stream

Corporate and Commercial Banking Group

1. Relationship Managers - Financial Institution and Public Sector: Candidates with 5 – 6 years of related experience in the FIPS segment. The incumbent will cater to the Banking requirements of large PSU bodies and Government undertakings.
They will be responsible for account acquisition and retention, prospecting and exploring new business relationships, cross selling Bank’s products as Fixed Deposit, Current Account and be responsible for expanding overall business volumes within their assigned geographic area.
Desired Qualification - MBA (with specialization in Finance /Marketing) or Chartered Accountant

2. Relationship Managers - Business Banking: Candidates around 30 years of age with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the Business Banking domain.
The responsibilities would include business sourcing and development, maintaining customer relationship, cross-selling Bank’s other products, and acting as a single interface to external customers for query and complaint resolution.
The candidate should have exposure to credit appraisal processes and technical expertise in selling Bank’s credit products.
Desired Qualification - MBA (with specialization in Finance /Marketing) or Chartered Accountant

3. Relationship Manager- Trade and Forex (Business Banking): Candidates around 30 years of age with 3-5 years of relevant experience in selling Trade and Forex Products to clients in the Business Banking Domain.
The candidates would handle trade products of BG, LC and other Non Fund Based limits. They would be responsible for acquisition of Forex clients for remittances, forward / derivative contracts and identify cross - sell opportunities for products as working capital / term loan limits.
