Description: The incumbent is responsible for managing customer queries / complaints in voice process (inbound & outbound).
Location: Thane, Hyderabad.
Key Deliverables:
Handle and resolve customer complaints/ queries over phone. Provide customers with relevant product and service information. Cross sell new product and service opportunities to customers over phone. Provide feedback to the team leaders about product / process.
Key Skills:
Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi Language). Open to work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications:

ICICI Bank Probationary Officers Recruitment - November 2011 Batch

Aptitude Test & Interview is likely to be conducted across India in July /August 2011. Probationary Officer Recruitment is an initiative by ICICI Bank to attract bright graduate students to pursue a career in banking. It is designed to develop specialists with banking knowledge and skills to partially fulfill the need for trained bankers. Those selected will undergo a one year intensive residential classroom training and internship. During the training, a stipend will be given to Probationary Officers to meet out of pocket expenses. On successful completion of the training they will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (Band One). Eligibility Criteria: - Completed graduation with 55% (Aggregate) in any discipline. - Up to 25 years of age as on November 01, 2011 (should have been born on or after November 01, 1986). Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process.

+ The incumbent would be responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services offered by ICICI Bank.

+ Cross sell new product and service opportunities.

+ Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the geography assigned.

+ Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities in the geography assigned.

+ Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

+ Coordinate with internal teams to accomplish the task assigned.

+ Work within the compliance boundaries set by the regulatory bodies and the Bank.
