Dy. General Manager (Human Resource)
Educational Qualifications:
Degree of a recognised University or equivalent with 60% marks in the final year of Degree course.
AND
Post Graduate Masters Degree of a recognised University or equivalent! with Specialisation in Human Resource.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 10 years post Qualification work experience in Human Resource Management of which atleast 05 years in a senior level position. The candidate should be proficient in handling Manpower Planning, Recruitments. Placements, Induction Mentoring. Job Competencies Mapping, Performance Assessment, Promotions and Rewards. Salary and Compensation including Management of Payment of Terminal Benefits, Etc.
