Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer	One. The post is a contractual one for a period of two years.	The Bank offers a salary of Rs. 30 lac per annum with excellent perks.	Under the age of 62 years. Age limit is relaxable in deserving cases.	Be serving or have retired as General Manager or equivalent (or of a higher rank), in any commercial bank, with at least one year exposure at that level. Have proven expertise in all commercial bank activities including extended ones like Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc. Have exposure and comfort in all contemporary banking approaches relating to Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Treasury Operations, Information Technology, Productivity and Profitability, HRM and CRM. Have proven leadership qualities and communication skills to meet challenges with competence and cheer.
